Paper is an item added by vanilla Minecraft.

Uses

Paper can be used to make books, which can then be made into bookshelves or enchanted. Paper is also used as a tool material in Tinkers' Construct. It must be crafted into paper stacks before it can be used for tool parts. Paper tools and weapons have low durability and low damage/mining power, its only advantage being it has 4 modification slots(6 max).
