The biomass seed must be germinated in a blood alter using 10 blood before being planted in a creep block.Use a creep ball on some soul sand to create a Creep Block. Stick your glaive in the center and plant a germinated biomass seed in the patch. You may then offer some blood to it to speed the growth, a bloodkeeper or a bloodvessel can be used.
