Bluebell is part of the Artifice mod and is found naturally on grass blocks in plains and forest biomes. To harvest, just left-click on them. This is not the same as Bluebells from the ExtraBiomesXL mod.

Place one in any crafting slot to receive two Sea Blue Dye .
