The Peacock Feather Fan is found in chests around the Twilight Forest realm.

Usage

To use the Peacock Feather Fan, jump and right click with the fan in hand to get a boost of 12 blocks vertically. The fan does not protect against fall damage, so be careful. It is also used to blow other mobs away.

The fan can be paired with the Cloud Boots , however, to increase your jump while also negating fall damage. Combining the jump powers of the Cloud Boots and the Feather Fan gives a total vertical jump of 17 blocks. This is also a great way to travel.
