The Spider Boss is a giant Cave Spider with limbs from the Better Dungeons mod. It drops the Spider Hook when killed. It attacks by either biting or spawning Cave Spiders.

You can find it in Jungle Caves and Swamp Caves. It is also found in some types of castles.

The Spider Boss also has a skill which hooks you towards it, similar to the item Spider Hook. This makes the player must prepare to a sudden melee fight, if the player is using ranged weapon.
