The Wind Medallion is crafted with 4 clay bricks and 4 gold nuggets and an arrow in the middle. The medallion is charged via getting hit by arrows, and when fully charged it glitters.
You can use it for the Whirlwind Boots (they make you faster) and for the Aero Amulet.
It is used in the crafting of the Aero Amulet and Whirlwind Boots.
